Not Satisfied at All

I purchased three pairs of Chino Shorts and couldn't wait to receive them. Unfortunately, the shorts are too baggy. I ordered size 28, and they are like a size 32. I tried to make a return, and they would not give me a refund; only store credit. Why would I want store credit if their shorts are not true to size and way off from the original size? It does not make sense. I was hoping to be a long-time customer of Cove. Not anymore. Maybe if I had received a refund, I would've considered staying with them.

The shorts fit decently well, but make sure to look into the sizing. They say you should size down in some situations. I felt like this made a difference.

Quality of materials seemed great however I don't think they will be as forgiving in hot weather.

Downsized and they’re still big

They’re nice quality shorts. Just don’t fit the way I thought they would. I usually wear a 32 so I got a 30 but they’re still a bit baggy. Not sure what to do. Maybe this batch is just not to the specs of the other batches?
