It sucks because I do like the shorts and like the environmentalism of the company. However, it took two exchanges to get the right size because the shorts are way bigger than what they say and what their pants are. Second, the khaki color is not what is advertised as “light khaki, my girlfriend thought I bought the olive color. Third, both pairs of shorts that I received already have undone stitching and holes around the crotch area after washing them in cold water one time, with only a handful of wears each. To make matters worse, no one has replied to help me correct this issue since I reached out a month ago. The customer service that I received for my exchanges made me feel like a huge burden and pain in the butt for them, like I was the problem that their shorts aren’t true to size. I tried to be polite and patient about it, too. Now I’m going to have to take the shorts to my tailor to be restitched because no one will reply to me after sending three emails.
Do yourself a favor, just get shorts from bearbottom or chubbies. I have multiple pairs that have lasted years without any signs of damage. I wanted to like your company, but I would never recommend these shorts to anyone, even though they’re comfy. There are way better options out there with companies that actually like their customers.
