Sizing Issues / Concerns !!!

Previously bought a large in the Pepper color, was gifted the 3 pack between the black , sand, and white and the black fits extremely tight in a large after wearing once I decided too utilize the provided size chart and the black measured out too a medium but yet my Pepper Shirt is a perfect fit as a large and measured as an exact large on the chart and customer service basically just sent a generated email abt returning or exchanging … Love the product and material of the shirts but hesitant too get another Large again for the 3 pack and have the same issue again !!!
