Poor packing management

Ordered 3 pairs of shorts and only received one correct color and one of the other colors I ordered are now out of stock. Very disappointed.

5” shorts

Love the stretch and they are comfortable I ordered a few of the 5” shorts and the 5” chinos. Love love the chinos but the other shorts I think the draw string it too long. I actually took the strings out because why even have them when they stretch so much there is never going to be a need to tie them and I think they look cleaner and much more stylish without just like the chinos.

Poor quality control

Bought 3 pairs of shorts, all different colors. I got different materials on all of them. Some were soft and stretchy and others are scratchy and have no stretch at all. The black shorts were the worst and have no stretch at all. I contacted customer service and was told they have different manufacturers all now all I can get are AI responses saying I can get store credit. No place to exchange. Really poor experience with Cove. Would’ve bought many more if the quality was all the same.
