Incorrect size/unresponsive team

I received a 28” waist when I ordered a 32” waist. I submitted a return on 4/2 and have not heard back. It’s been almost 2 weeks.

These are baggy and shapeless. The waist size is correct, but the legs are huge. They fit NOTHING like the pair on the model.
