Love the feel and fit , taper is perfect , my new favs for sure. Im a old holey levis guy but these are on point.

Avoid Cove USA.

I ordered chino pants in black and charcoal and received them on February 4, 2026. The sizing was completely off—they were way too big—so I returned them on February 6 for a smaller size. That’s where this turned into a nightmare.

I have emailed this company FOUR times (March 7, March 12, March 20, and April 17) and have not received a single response. It has now been over ten weeks with no update, no replacement, and no refund. At this point, they are essentially holding my money with zero communication.

To make matters worse, their sizing is wildly inaccurate. I’m a tall, bigger-built guy who normally wears an XL, and in their brand I would need a Medium or Large. Their size chart is clearly not reliable.

The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help—because you won’t get it.

At this point, I want my order canceled and a full refund issued immediately.

It’s a shame because I initially liked their products, but after this experience, I will never order from Cove USA again. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Love the pants, but the sizes are limited. . I wear size 27-28 in length, and these pants only go down to the length of 30
